One of my New Years Resolutions this year was to actually FINISH a knitting project. Last year my Grammy taught me how to knit, I practiced knitting all winter long, but never finished knitting anything. So this January my friend LES and I took a knitting lesson. Knitting is the perfect winter hobby because it is the perfect thing to do while bundled up on your couch, when the weather is miserable and you can't be outside.
This past weekend I am pleased to say that I finished my first project, a cowl scarf.
I have already started project # 2 and cannot wait to see what other fun things I can knit. What are some of your favorite winter hobbies??
