My Green Onion Garden

  On Pinterest I had seen a few people pinning about how easy it is to regrow your green onions.  Green onions add great flavor to dishes, but I don't always have them on hand, so I was excited to see if this worked.
   About a week ago I used store bought green onions for a dish I was cooking.  Only about 3-4 inches were left on each onion.  I added four of the remaining onion "stubs" into a mason jar with about an inch of water. 

About a week later.....

Ta-da!!!!

I am seriously shocked to see how much they have grown in such a short period of time, but I love that I have green onions any time I need them.

Have you tried to regrow green onions??
