Going To The Chapel ... 1 Year Later

I wanted to recap our wedding day.  These are all pictures my aunt took of our big day.  I am so grateful she was able to catch a lot of great action shots.

I remember waking up on my wedding day to the sun shining outside my window and I was so so happy that the Nor'easter that was supposed to hit NJ that day and bring rain and heavy winds decided to go out to sea.

I couldn't have asked for better weather in October, Sunny and 70 degrees.

The ceremony did not start until 3:30pm, but we started primping at 7:30am.

The ladies who did our hair having been cutting my hair since I was five years old.

LES and ALV

A few of my maids.

I went to high school with my makeup artist.  I loved that so many people who have been apart of my life for so long were involved in my wedding day.

After our hair and makeup it was picture time.

How great do my grandparents look?!

Sisters!

I love this picture of my grandfather and my mom.

I had previously mentioned in prior blog posts that we incorporated artichokes into our theme.

I thought our florist did an amazing job.

Dad and I before it was time to head to the church.

Oliver did not love his tuxedo, but he looked the part.

Cheers!

I love this picture of my mom and I.
