This year for Valentine's Day DFH and I had a nice low key evening.  We both we really enjoy cooking together so we decided to stay in and try some Fondue recipes.

We made a delicious three cheese fondue appetizer with gruyere, swiss, and sharp cheddar cheeses.  We planned to just dip veggies and  bread, but the cheese was so good, we ended up cooking the steak in the cheese.  We got so full, we never ended up cooking the steak broth.  It was so good, and such a fun and different way to make dinner together. 

 and DFH gave me some beautiful red tulips ( my favorite).
